No. Your selection is a starting point for a conversation, not a commitment or a payment. Session format, scheduling, and any ongoing terms are agreed personally before you begin.
Will I work directly with Jasmine?
Yes, Jasmine is the primary guide. If support from Maximus or the wider Erlandia work is relevant, that would be discussed explicitly as part of your individual arrangement.
Is this executive coaching or therapy?
Neither. Coaching optimizes performance and therapy builds understanding. This work is initiatory — it addresses the inner architecture beneath both, and the relational depth that neither usually reaches.
